Application

The GYLC program is open to students who will be in the 10th, 11th or 12th grades in high school during the 2010-11 school year. To participate in the program, fill out the application available below and fax it to 423-266-2111 or email GlobalYouthChattanooga@gmail.com. You must obtain parental permission as shown on the form.

Applications are due by May 22, 2010. Participants will be notified by July 15th.
